What a fantastic day!  Warm, sunny and a perfect breeze for learning.

It was great to see many youngsters having a go.  The feedback from everyone who attended was very positive, and several joined on the day.

We picked the windiest day, and windy it certainly was! In fact it was so windy that the instructors were struggling. Tuition was therefore limited to theory on the beach, followed up by survival blasting. Many thanks to all who came along.

We had a good turn out, so many thanks to those that helped out: The green slime was removed from Northern side of the changing rooms, toilets and showers cleaned, bushes trimmed, gutters fixed and cleaned, paths swept, rigging area raked, and obstructing beach bushes removed.

The East Anglian Tennis and Squash Club hosted the 2014 AGM.

We have a had another very successful year at the Club: Come and Try day, 2 training days, 30th year celebration, new carpark surface, and new changing room flooring. The Club facebook is building momentum too. Although we had a very expensive year it was decided to freeze fees for 2015. The committee says good bye to Pat, Tony, Dave, and Philip – who collectively have over 80 years committee experience! Yes, that is amazing. Martin takes on the role of Chairman, and Jeff as News Editor. Phil and Glen have joined the committee too.
